Your support is vital in making our events successful and keeping them FREE to attend

and low-cost for vendors.

You can contribute in three main ways:

We are 100% staffed by dedicated volunteers! We are looking for reliable individuals to help us with various roles.

  • Volunteer Benefit: Receive a $25 food voucher to use with participating food vendors during the event.

  • Special to our 10th Anniversary - "Let It Rain!" Commemorative T-shirt

  • Roles Include:

    • Venue Make Ready: Assist with yard maintenance the weekend before the event.

    • General Gophers: Run errands, help vendors, and direct parking.

    • Guest Services: Answer general information questions and assist with raffle sales (once vetted).

Sponsoring an event helps cover essential operational costs. All sponsorship levels include one booth space that you can use for your business's retail/service promotion or gift to a local nonprofit for fundraising.

Friend of the Guilds       $25        Supplies for Venue Make Ready (yard maintenance equipment).

Homestead Helper         $50        Covers food vouchers for two event volunteers.

Name listed on the event's "Supporters" digital graphic and 1 booth space.

Community Builder       $100       Funds essentials for the event, such as insurance and advertisement..

2 social media posts, name on promotional materials, 1 post-event thank you, and 1 booth space.

 

Preparedness Baton      $250       Supplies and staffing Volunteer Pavilion.

3 social media posts, small logo on materials, 1 post-event thank you, and 1 booth space.

 

Heritage Hero                  $500      Directly offsets vendor fees for Food Vendors, or other vendor category of their choice.

Merchant's Monday post, trackable hashtag, medium logo, business banner displayed (1 week pre/during event), and 1 booth space.

Sustainability Steward  $1,500  Full operational funding for one event day.

Premium Merchant's Monday posts, large logo, banner displayed (1 week pre to 1 week post-event), and 1 booth space.

Conversator Master        $2,500 Permanent venue and infrastructure improvements for all future guilds events and projects.

Top-tier recognition: "Presented by" status for one event, permanent recognition at the venue, extra-large logo on all materials, and 1 booth space.

 

Guardian Master             $5,000 Endowment and Expansion Fund: Secures the long-term future of the guilds through permanent structures and general operational funds.

Ultimate Recognition: "Season Presented by" status (all annual events), naming rights for a specific venue area (e.g., a pavilion or event area), permanent plaque, and 1 booth space.

We greatly appreciate donations of items suitable for raffles or giveaways at our Preparedness Event. These items help us raise funds and engage attendees.
