Ways to Help!
Your support is vital in making our events successful and keeping them FREE to attend
and low-cost for vendors.
You can contribute in three main ways:
We are 100% staffed by dedicated volunteers! We are looking for reliable individuals to help us with various roles.
-
Volunteer Benefit: Receive a $25 food voucher to use with participating food vendors during the event.
-
Special to our 10th Anniversary - "Let It Rain!" Commemorative T-shirt
-
Roles Include:
-
Venue Make Ready: Assist with yard maintenance the weekend before the event.
-
General Gophers: Run errands, help vendors, and direct parking.
-
Guest Services: Answer general information questions and assist with raffle sales (once vetted).
-
Sponsoring an event helps cover essential operational costs. All sponsorship levels include one booth space that you can use for your business's retail/service promotion or gift to a local nonprofit for fundraising.
